Your home will be uploaded to MLS (a multiple listing service) along with a number of other marketing techniques to get your home noticed and offers made!

ACCEPT AN OFFER

Your broker will guide you through reviewing and selecting the best offer on your home.

ENTER ESCROW

Escrow opens when the buyer and seller sign a sales contract, and includes depositing, with a neutral third party, funds, documents and instructions necessary to complete the transfer.

CLOSE THE DEAL

You'll be out the door of your old home and moving in to your new one!
